
STEPS COMMUNICATIONS
- Prepare reports, letters and other paperwork.
- Help media buyers and planners develop, execute and monitor media plans.
- Proofread and revise contracts and agreements
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management for employees.
- Strong communication, networking and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Team player. Ability to work effectively in teams and individually.
- Strong Emotional Quotient.
