Advanced Foundation Repair

Job Type: Full Time 6:30am-4pm

Job Location: Converse, Texas

Offer

Travel Required for Training in Dallas Texas

  • Pay $700 Salary weekly
  • Paid Holidays
  • One Week Paid Vacation Time After First Year of Service

Role And Responsibilities

  • Pulling and Closing Permits (Driving Required)
  • Keeping City Registrations Current
  • Process Applicants and New Hire documentation
  • Data Entry
  • Digitizing files
  • Maintaining files
  • Filing, copying and other clerical duties
  • Other tasks as needed

Qualifications Requirements

  • Valid Texas Drivers License is REQUIRED
  • Driving history free of speeding tickets, DWIs, and other serious violations.
  • Pass a Drug /Background /Driving Record Screening
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • The candidate must be responsible, mature and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to self pace and work under pressure
  • Scanning software experience is a Plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer proficient (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience with inventory control
  • Fluency in Spanish and English,
  • Experience in the construction industry a PLUS
