  • Coordinates and schedules internal training for Hazardous Materials certifications company wide.
  • Tracks and monitors Hazardous Materials certifications company wide.
  • Prepare certification applications and submits to appropriate governmental departments.
  • Coordinates scheduling of Technicians in the Brooklyn Park office.
  • Monitors and orders supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare, modify, finalize documents including but not limited to correspondence, applications, and IEA software and databases.
  • Utilizes acceptable business practices and formats for documentation.
  • Assures accurate documentation by spellchecking and correcting grammatical errors.
  • Coordination of workload and tasks with others in response to client and staff needs.
  • Plan, organize and set priorities on workload and work independently to meet company and client due dates.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Support the division as needed by making and transferring phone calls, general clerical duties, and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
