System One is hiring an Admin Assistant to support a Mechanical Trades department of a well known educational facility in Hershey! This is a 6-12 month contract position.
The work schedule is Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with occasional overtime hours.
Admin Assistant requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in successful office administration in a fast pace & high-volume setting.
- Daily data entry in several systems and special projects, etc.
- Department Purchasing credit card (P-card) track and reconciliation.
- Work & Purchase Orders and Budget administration preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, Google Suite applications, internet utilization, and office equipment. PeopleSoft experience preferred.
- Facilitating information flow through collecting, coordinating, consolidating, and disseminating information to multiple stakeholders.
- Purchasing of content area resources, including ordering, tracking, and distribution.
- Collaborating with other administrative support members in the departments and throughout the School for efficient School operations.
- Experience in a Mechanical Trades or construction environment.
