Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Good computer skills to include Microsoft Suite
- Attention to detail
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
- Experience with office equipment
- Team player
- Ability to calculate and summarize data
Responsibilities
- Administrative duties
- Customer service
- Clerical support for a division/department
- Operates office equipment, to include fax machine, copier, computer, and calculator
- Enters data and maintains accurate computer database
- Maintains files and records for the department
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail
- Copies and distributes forms, reports, and correspondence
- Conducts research for department files and records
- Maintains current manuals
- Monitors inventory for department supplies and initiates requests/orders as needed
- Communicates with supervisor, employees, and other departments in professional manner.
- Other related duties, as needed
