Job Summary

We’re looking for an ambitious and skilled administrative professional to help us achieve our company purpose and support our executive team. You will coordinate and execute efforts across teams, manage lots of moving parts and provide individual support to multiple leaders at NZXT. Performing a wide range of administrative duties, including complex calendar management, booking travel, preparing expense reports, coordination of meetings and events.

As the Administrative Assistant, you will report into the Executive Assistant to the CEO and provide support to the executive leadership team ensuring we are delivering a best-in-class experience that supports our company purpose and values.

NZXT is growing dramatically and has plans to expand into multiple new categories, with global growth a key strategic component of our entire business. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to help heal, cleanse, and buff NZXT’s executive team through this era of aggressive expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management
  • Proactively manage multiple executive calendars with strong attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of time to promote productivity and anticipate the needs to re-prioritize as appropriate
  • Meeting Coordination
  • Support in scheduling and coordination for recurring team/staff meetings
  • Schedules external and internal meetings, calls and video conferencing
  • Checks and confirms availability for attendees and presenters
  • Coordinates meeting materials and distribution
  • Handles meeting logistics and orders meals/refreshments when needed
  • Expense Management
  • Prepare monthly expense reports and monitor/track executive expense reports submitted until final payment
  • Travel Coordination and Preparation
  • Works with assigned executives to coordinate travel arrangements according to the corporate Travel and Entertainment Policy
  • Supports manager and executives with special projects or events

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of administrative assistant, executive assistant, or relatable operational experience managing and supporting multiple senior leaders and/or large teams
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities and projects with strong follow through and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a globally distributed executive team
  • High level of confidentiality, discernment and judgement
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets and Slides
  • You love the world of PC gaming and custom PC building
