People Serving People Foundation

People Serving People Foundation (PSPF) is a young and vibrant Thai foundation based in Bangkok, Thailand. We work in partnership with a broad range of Thai and ASEAN civil society organizations, international NGOs, UN agencies, foreign governments, and civil society activists on human rights issues in the region. Through partnerships with Boat People SOS (BPSOS), and the Coalition to Abolish Modern-Day Slavery in Asia (CAMSA), we also work with victims of human rights violations, including victims of religious and other forms of persecution.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a qualified Thai national to join our team and handle administrative and human resources duties. The employee will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Manage internal accounting and submit monthly financial reports to donors and funders;

  • Develop and manage digital filing system for human resources;

  • Secure volunteer visas and work permits for international/ASEAN staff;

  • Handle banking, bill payment, and communication with Thai service providers;

  • Provide Thai language support for international volunteers;

  • Work with an independent accounting firm to complete the annual audit;

  • Prepare documentation for local reporting requirements with Thai government; and

  • Assist team members on administrative projects when needed, including helping to coordinate office repairs

    and ordering office supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements: (This position is open to Thai Nationals only)

  • A University degree in any discipline; human resources or communications degree a plus;
  • Experience in accounting and/or human resources, or in civil society work;
  • Fluency in Thai and English;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member in an international, multi-cultural environment; and
  • Reliable, organized, with an ability to multi-task.

The Administrative and Human Resources Officer will be paid a locally competitive salary consistent with similar positions in other nonprofit organizations and with the applicant’s experience and ability. Benefits include a health insurance stipend and 23 days per year of paid personal leave.
