ROLE PURPOSE

The Administrative and Finance Assistant will assist the SERG Project Team and shall work jointly with the Administrative Officer and Finance Assistant. The position will support in the close-out process by providing assistance in the filing of both the hard and digital copies of the SERG project documents, compilation of receipts and other attachments. The position will collaborate with the entire SERG Project team to fully complete the Administrative, Logistical and Financial documents before archiving.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential

* College or University degree in Accounting or related field
* Minimum of 2 years experience in related work
* Good in verbal and written communication
* Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with various teams
* Excellent people skills at all levels and the ability to work well in a multi-cultural disciplinary work environment
* Computer literate (including working knowledge on MS Office and other online platforms)
* Excellent attention to details, organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* Highly organized, proven effective to work well under pressure
