Details of the position
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is looking for an opportunity to develop administrative experience and to work within an interesting and varied administrative role.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience within an administrative role in a fast paced environment. You will provide pro-active assistance to the administrative functions as well as supporting the HR Co-ordinators including supporting all management, updating databases and systems. You will regularly liaise with departmental managers to ensure that operational administrative work is processed as efficiently as possible.
Initially reporting to the HR Coordinator and working closely with the North West cluster administrators, you will organise your own workload to meet deadlines and expectations, using resources effectively and efficiently. It is essential that you are thorough, confident and have good attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner, exemplary customer service skills, extensive administrative experience that allows effective workload management and attention to detail together with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills and will work with a high degree of attention to detail ensuring data accuracy and quality. An ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and knowledge of IT systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities Include
To ensure that all documentation is of the highest standard.
Develop excellent working relationships with managers and all staff, at your own site and also as a North West cluster team member.
To be responsible for ensuring operational and HR documentation are processed within agreed timescales.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous administration (essential) and HR experience (desirable).
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
- Excellent computer skills (particularly MS Office packages).

Opened in 1983, Euxton Hall Private Hospital is one of Lancashire’s leading private hospitals situated on the outskirts of Chorley but close to Preston and Wigan with easy access to the M65, M6 and M61 motorways.
The facility offers 32 beds all with en suite facilities to ensure complete privacy and by investing in advanced medical technology offers a wide range of treatments and services. On site there are two fully equipped ultra clean air theatres, an endoscopy and small treatment room.
