Shull Employment Solutions is looking for an Admin Executive to work for A top level company in Erbil International Airport.Administration work experience, General administration (documentations, coordinating with staff, letter preparation especially issuing letters for government sector in Kurdish language, translations, etc.)Manage office supplies stock and place ordersPrepare regular reports on expenses and office budgetsMaintain and update company databasesOrganize a filing system for important and confidential company documentsAnswer queries by employees and clientsUpdate office policies as neededMaintain a company calendar and schedule appointmentsBook meeting rooms as requiredDistribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assignedArrange travel and accommodationsSchedule in-house and external eventsRequirementsMinimum 2 years��� experience in Administration, HR or relevant field(documentations, coordinating with staff, letter preparation especially issuing letters for government sector in Kurdish language, translations, etc.).Full knowledge of office management systems and proceduresBasic bookkeeping skillsProficiency in English, Kurdish, & ArabicAbility to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situationsCurrent in todays office technology, and computer software including MS OfficeAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadHigh level verbal and written communications skillsDiscretion with personal and confidential informationBenefitsWorking hours: 9am – 6pm daily with 1 hour lunch breakDays Off s: 2 days off in a week (Friday, Saturday)Work location: Head office of the company in ErbilContract: 3 years – to be extendedVacations: 20 days per year paid vacationsSocial Security: According to Iraq rules and labor department 5% from your BASIC salary is to be paid by the employee for social security on monthly basis.
