Responsibilities And Duties
Creating a detailed spreadsheet log of Mortgage terms and conditions
Assessing and matching clauses against master spreadsheet, referring to Product SME’s
Assign owners and risk scores against clauses, using risk assessment methodology
Plan and Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders as agreed with Senior Management.
Plan own workload and manage delivery timescales.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in Microsoft Office Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivation and drive.
Good interpersonal skills to respond quickly, politely, and effectively.
Good communication skills and basic stakeholder management
Strong team player with the ability to propose and share ideas.
