Job Description:*
The Architect will help manage multiple high end residential projects
Will work on all phases of design as well as handling CD’s
Site visits, Manage projects from schematic design through installation
Preparation of client presentations with principal’s design sketches and self-generated presentation material
Knowledge and understanding of the basic flow of a project from conception through completion.
This position will collaborate on developing the design concept for a project, produce drawings in computer-aided design software including architectural details such as millwork and custom furniture.
Top Skills:*
8-10+ years experience as a Project Manager in an architecture or interior design firm
The successful candidate will understand the design process through programming, interior architecture, architectural specification, documentation, FF&E specifications, and installation.
Must be able to take a project from start to finish including decorating the space.
