Relief Accounts Receivable Officer for an organisation in Perth’s Western suburbs.
Your new company
A not for profit organisation based in Perth’s Western suburbs is looking for a relief Accounts Receivable Officer to assist their busy team. You will be working with a close-knit team that surely will give you the support you need.
Please note, only WA-based applicants will be considered for this role.
Your new role
- Manage and maintain aged debtors process
- Debt collection
- Generate billing
- Query resolution
- Raise invoices and credit notes
- Process client discharges and refunds
- General admin ad-hoc
What you’ll need to succeed
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Procura and previous experience with NDIS is highly desirable
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent task prioritisation
