Accounts Receivable Analyst (Open for Nationals of Philippines Only)

Main Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Analyst works with a team under the Financial Shared Services, that is responsible for:

  • Records Swiss Franc currency receipts from donors / customers / employees and apply to different contribution pledges/invoices
  • Organizes recording of contributions received by the field
  • Reconciles suspense and tax accounts
  • Records accounting entries/adjustments and petty cash transactions, bank receipts, invoices and credit notes
  • Participates to the monthly and year-end closing process for Accounts Receivable module
  • Maintains the accounting procedures of the sector, propose ideas for improvements and participate in testing of changes in processes and tools
  • Liaise with fundraising team and answer queries
  • Perform other related duties as assigned and in support to Accounts Receivable overall tasks

Certifications and Professional Experience Required

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Working experience as Account Receivable Accountant
  • Computer knowledge required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word), and understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) integrated systems (JD Edwards, Peoplesoft)
  • Fluent command of spoken and written English
