Job Description

• General ledger journal entries and credit card and bank account reconciliation.
• Accounts payments in an organized and timely manner.
• Internal credit card reconciliation when required.
• Sales and use tax returns.
• Ensuring imaging of invoice supporting documents is timely and accurately performed.
• Assisting with audit support as necessary.
• Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process.
• Working with other departments to resolve account issues when necessary.
• Expense report handling.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in FULL CYCLE AP PROCESS – 3 way match, uploading invoices, set approvals in system, set up vendors, etc.
• High School Diploma
• Basic Excel Skills (Data entry, manipulation, v look up, pivot tables)
• Detail oriented
