Immediate need for Accounts Payable Coordinator to join leading Commercial Real Estate firm headquartered in Midtown Atlanta in beautiful Class A Office Building. This new position open due to growth will support the Property Management Accounting team in a variety of transactional accounting functions. Job Duties:

• Accounts Payable: Entering, Cutting and processing checks for multiple locations
• Cash Applications: Depositing rent checks to multiple banks and posting payments for a large number of entities.
• Special Projects to include creation of ad hoc reports in Excel, assisting with required filing and assisting Project Accountants as needed.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
• Commercial Real Estate Experience Required
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree a plus
• Positive Attitude and strong work ethic
