YOU WILL:

• Booking of incoming invoices

• Managing clients enquiries, escalations and complaints

• Daily communication with colleagues from other teams

• Reconciliation of Account Payables accounts

• Cooperating on monthly closing activities

• Participating in projects and in ad hoc reporting if required

• Cooperate on process standardization

REQUIREMENTS:

• Accounting education would be an advantage

• Accounts payable experience or strong interest in Accounting

• Good numerical skills & detail oriented

• Good communication skills in English

• Microsoft Excel user

• SAP and/or Navision system knowledge would be advantage

• Reliability

• Team player

• Be open for dynamic and fast growing environment

• Task ownership & independence
