Account Analyst (1 year contract)

Position Overview

The Coca-Cola Company – Coca Cola Pacific Refreshment is a strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Asia. We are an export facility, specializing in the manufacturing of concentrates and beverage bases, with a complex portfolio, supporting the ASEAN, South Pacific and South West Asia business units. The plant just completed an Expansion wing, incorporating Industry 4.0 practices, which will take it to the next level of doubling its manufacturing capacity in the next 3-5 years.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • New product process – ensure timely set up of pricing for new products
  • Prepare Accounts Receivables (AR) report for management team and SOA to customers & other stakeholders
  • Perform month end activities
  • Support sales volume reporting to Operating Unit stakeholders
  • Ensure internal controls in activities performed – ensure company meets standards of internal controls required by Corporate Audit Department (CAD) & external auditors
  • Liaison with Operating Unit team for pricing inputs
  • Build up value-adding and effective working relationship with internal departments, OU & GFO and solve problems proactively

Qualifications & Related Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting operations or in a manufacturing background
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or ACCA qualifications preferred.
  • Good communication skill
  • Good analytical skill, detail to attention
  • FP&A experience or familiar with US GAAP and SOX requirement is an advantage
  • Strong communication and analysis skill
  • Problem solving & trouble-shooting
  • Proficient in use of Excel
