Accounting & Billing Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated and driven Accounting and Billing Specialist in Ukraine who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You manage the invoicing process for several of our bus partners
• You coordinate the process efficiently, providing all necessary documents on time
• You help improve the billing process
• You control the flow of documents and contact with our external accounting provider
• You respond to partner inquiries via e-mails and telephone in a timely and professional manner
• You support the accounting and financial team in current activities by generating reports and controlling accounts
• You check the correctness of accounting documents
• You run activities related to the closing of the month
• You work with the finance team in HQ and take part in group reporting

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge Ukrainian GAAP and IFRS
• Fluent Ukrainian language
• Upper intermediate English level
• Responsibility and proactivity
• Attention to details
• Educational background in Accounting or Finance
