Accounting Administrator

You will have the responsibility for electronic payments across Americas & Europe countries, managing tools and operational work.

You will be led remotely, with your team and manager in other locations therefore, you need to have the ability to work on your own initiative.

What You Will Do

• Part of a team to deliver services within automated accounts receivables, to internal and external customers
• Ensure automated payments are correctly posted to the general ledger
• Involvement with development of tools and processes that drive a continual increase in touchless payments for Essity
• Contribute to the development of new/improved services, tools, processes and initiatives led by the services development team
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and continuous efficiency improvements in own area

Who You Are

• High school or University degree preferably in Economics/Accounting or equivalent
• Pre-requisite to be fluent in English
• Self-starter and self-motivated; able to use own initiative
• Ability to plan effectively, and manage own time
• High interest in using technology and tools

Salary – min 980 Eur gross/monthly as basic wage components depending on relevant experience and skills + other components and benefits
