Summary of the position

Computerizes, classifies, records, verifies, and maintains numerical data for use in maintaining financial records.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key relationships:

Psychiatrist/Physiotherapy physician, psychologist/Physiotherapist, PSS workers/Physiotherapist assistant, Center staff, Team leaders.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Compiles and sorts of documents, such as invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Prepares vouchers, invoices, account statements, reports, and other records and reviews them for accuracy.
• Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents.
• Verifies financial reports by running a performance analysis software program.
• Assist with scanning and filing of all accounting and financial department-related documents.
• Other duties as assigned by the Administrative Officer

THE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Qualifications required.

• A university Degree in Accounting, and/or related field is desirable.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an accountant.
• Computer literate with significant experience in Excel and Word.

Languages:

• Fluent in written and spoken in Arabic.
• Intermediate in Turkish language.
