Biorasi is looking for an Accountant / Office Administrator in our office in Erkrath, part time

We are looking for a new employee who can support us on a part-time basis in our office in Erkrath, both in accounting and office management. Working days at home office are also possible from time to time. The working hours of 20h can be flexibly arranged.

Your main responsibilities:

• Office Management
• Ordering of office equipment
• Support for the organization of company events
• Support for the onboarding of new employees
• Accounting
• Review and prepare financial statements with DATEV
• Review and preparation of payrolls
• Cooperation with the tax consultant
• Connect Netsuite data to DATEV

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the required field of responsibility
• Excellent ms office skills
• Good datev knowledge preferable
• Good english skills
• Fexibility and ability to work in a team
