VTU Engineering
For our subsidiary in Romania / Bucuresti and Ploiesti, we are looking for young professionals who are interested in Accounting.
Your tasks includes:
- Accounting for invoices issued to internal and external customers as well as invoices for services suppliers
- Recording and processing receipts and payments according to bank statements, expense reports and cash register
- Recording stock receipts based on documents received (internal invoices, external invoices, DVI and NIR)
- Reporting to the mother-company
- Prepare needed documents for annual audit and support the external supplier during the audit
- Issuing invoices to clients based on active projects
- Perform all checks, month closing and inventory
- Documents preparation related to the annual inventory procedure
- Hourly check on projects
- Communication with the external consultant
Application Requirements:
- Good communication skills with colleagues and other departments
- High attention to detail
- Good ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- High school or Economic education
- Training courses: Finance-Accounting courses completed with certificate
- Experience: min. 2 years
- Knowledge: applicable legislation
- Experience with systems: MS Office, ERP, Microsoft D365 is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is desirable but not a precondition
