Newly formed private equity-backed healthcare platform focused on providing a full spectrum of musculoskeletal care ranging from injury prevention and diagnostics to treatment, surgery and rehabilitation. The company’s mission is to be the market-leading provider of musculoskeletal care by consolidating the highest quality orthopaedic, sports medicine, reconstructive, neurosurgical and pain management practice with integrated ancillary services in Singapore and Southeast Asia. The initial platform includes a network of four clinics, five imaging facilities, ten employed specialists and over thirty affiliated specialists in Singapore.

 

About the Role

This role will report to the CFO and will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, performance management, financial accounting for the business and statutory reporting.

 

Responsibilities

  • Full-spectrum of finance activities not limited to financial/ management reporting and timely month-end closing
  • Prepare the Consolidation Financial Statement for the Group
  • Review accounts and finance functions
  • Assess current practices, improve workflow processes through best practices and system implementation /enhancement
  • Liaising with external auditors and tax agents
  • Responsible for the receivables collection and payables payment
  • Any other ad-hocs as required

 

Requirements

  • Degree in accounting with accounting certificate such as ACCA/CPA
  • Min 4 years of relevant experience with hands-on experience with full-spectrum finance activities
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a highly collaborative work environment and is comfortable with matrix reporting
  • High computer literacy, technically agile with numbers and is able to work independently
  • Resilient, highly adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment / high growth start-up
