Job Purpose
1.Complaint and Feedback Mechanism (CRM):
- Develop and maintain effective systems for managing complaints from stakeholders and beneficiaries.
- Implement CRM strategies to enhance communication and collaboration with all involved parties.
- Ensure the organization’s accountability to its stakeholders by establishing and maintaining positive relationships.
2**. Data Management and Reporting:**
Oversee the collection, analysis, and management of data related to program activities.
Design and implement data reporting systems to provide timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and ethical standards.
3.Safeguarding Tasks:
Develop and implement safeguarding policies and procedures to create a safe working environment.
Conduct training sessions to raise awareness of safeguarding issues among staff and partners.
Investigate and respond to safeguarding concerns promptly and confidentially.
4.PSEAH (Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment) Cases and Tasks:
Develop and maintain a robust PSEAH policy in alignment with organizational standards.
Lead the investigation and resolution of reported PSEAH cases, ensuring a survivor-centered and confidential approach.
Collaborate with relevant departments to implement preventative measures and training programs.
Qualification (Education/Work Experience)
- University education in a relevant discipline preferred (business administration, Statistics )
- At least two years of experience in an M&E, accountability, program quality or related role preferably with a humanitarian organization
- Good level in English and fluent in Arabic.

- Ability to use MS Office programs, particularly Excel (advanced skills are an asset)
- Knowledge of KoBo, GIS and Power BI are considered an asset
- English and Arabic languages required; Turkish desirable.
- Good organizational skills, time management skills, and an ability to prioritize multiple and demanding tasks
- Adaptable, self-motivated, willing to learn and take on extra duties as required.
