The Candidate’s Main Responsibility

This is a support role within the UK Account Team who are responsible for offering a global view of Capgemini`s expertise to its client – a Top Tier UK Financial Institution. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the following activities:

· Managing sold business for customer satisfaction and organic growth

o manage sold business on a day-to-day basis

o fulfil new client requirements

· Solutioning, proposal development

o Experience in PowerPoint and creating visually appealing slides that can deliver a simple message effectively

o Support of proposals / RFPs

· Account operations

o Help with account operations as and when required, including on-boarding new people, responding to queries from clients

o Support commercial operations, SoWs and account reporting, maintain internal records

The Candidate’s Experience & Expertise

  • Experience of working at on the UK’s ‘Top 4’ consultancies
  • Visual Communications – must have experience in using PowerPoint
  • Sector Experience – Experience of working within the Financial services sector
  • Ability to effectively organize and priorities own work and time as required

The Candidate’s Personality

  • Adaptable to work on tasks that are required as and when they arise, often juggling multiple tasks simultaneously sometimes with high priority.
  • Keen to get stuck into the detail and understand the area/topic
  • Enjoys working under pressure and to tight timelines when required as part of a team effort
  • Motivated by the desire to support clients and help solve their problems
  • A people person who enjoys meeting new people and maintaining relationships ongoing.
  • Ability to build internal and external partnerships.
