Agile is hiring following resource for its client;

Position: Finance Officer
Location: Karachi (candidates living in areas near by Korangi and Shara e Faisal will be highly preferred)
Qualification: Bachelors Commerce
Experience: 2-3 years in managing accounting & finance operations ;

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepared bank position payable and receivables.
• Prepared projected cash flow weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Bank reconciliation and vendor’s reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Prepared working withholding tax creditors on weekly basis.
• Prepared sales tax input claim working on monthly basis.
• Assist to Manager and A.M for monthly accounts closing.
• Helping to H.R in timely payroll processing and dealing with staff resolve issues regarding payroll.
• Dealing with banks, vendors and group staff.
• All expenses booked into systems and cross checking before closing the monthly accounts.
• Verified to Bank Payment, Bank Receipts and Cash Payment Vouchers on daily basis.
• Manage funds payments and receipt on daily basis.
• Handling payments of vendors and keeping management informed of cash position.
• Maintain to petty cash as per operations requirement on daily basis.

Requirement Skill:

Individual must have Experience of minimum of 2 years in basic accounting functions
Exceptional command of MS Excel tools & formulas
Individual must have Good Academics Grades at least B grade.

Salary Budget: 45K – 50K
