You will have the chance to join a talented team and use your expertise to provide sound direction and leadership on a range of projects, shaping the client experience from the get-go.So, if you are looking for an engaging and interesting role and thrive in a busy environment, we want to hear from you!The Role As an Account Manager, you will oversee the daily management of one of our blue-chip consumer electronics clients.Building a strong relationship with the client, you will manage projects for 3D retail displays, including 2D creative where required, ensuring work is completed on time, to budget and is of the highest standards.Acting as the point of contact for the client, you’ll keep them updated throughout their projects, exceeding their expectations and seeking out opportunities to grow the account.Additionally, you will:- Connect with key internal and external stakeholders- Challenge and interrogate work so that the design meets with client expectations- Oversee the management of fixture production and installation with the existing supply chain- Create and maintain supporting documentation on all projects- Support the Account Director when requiredAbout YouTo join us as an Account Manager, you will need:- At least three years’ account and project management experience- At least three years’ marketing and retail display manufacturing and/or installation experience- General marketing and/or retail marketing knowledge- Knowledge of retail display production and installation rollouts for large retail brand stores- An understanding of manufacturing techniques, materials and processes- Time management and budget management skills- The ability to read and understand 3D display production information- Smartsheet and/or Cost Per Action (CPA) creation and management skills- Relationship building skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people- Attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of marketing communications, 3D fixture design, development, production, installation and general agency processes would be beneficial to your application, as would consumer electronics experience.Other organisations may call this Marketing Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, Global Brand Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Senior Account Executive.Webrecruit, Frontline and big group are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
