We’re currently looking for an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance who will work with producers and carriers to provide exceptional service to our clients.

What’s the work like?

You will:

  • assist producer in development of service plan for key accounts
  • manage renewal process according to agency procedures
  • complete servicing of accounts, including but not limited to issuing certificates and auto ID cards, processing endorsements, audits, binders, and maintaining current status on all account activities
  • promptly invoice policies and other premium-bearing items
  • review policies upon receipt
  • promptly respond to customers’ questions and/or requests for assistance
  • review client contracts and make recommendations to producer, client and/or carriers if it is necessary to modify existing coverage in order to comply with contract provisions
  • communicate all necessary information to producers, clients, carriers and any other agency team members servicing the account.

What do I need to know?

You have to have…

  • a valid driver’s license
  • a high school diploma or equivalent
  • a Property and Casualty Agent’s license
  • 3 or more years Property/Casualty Commercial Lines experience
  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
