The Account Executive role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to be the first Account Executive on the ground for GoTo in the ASEAN region. You would be part of a winning APAC team, of which nearly 50% made it to President’s Club in 2021! Your territory would include the entire ASEAN region, including all SMB-Enterprise size customers.
Your day to day:
- Delivering Revenue — Focus on generating new and upsell revenue from existing and new business accounts. You will do so through new business prospecting, regular account reviews with your existing customers and penetrate top accounts with the objective of delivering revenue in line with targets
- Retaining Customers — You will take a customer centric approach in managing renewal revenue and forecasting, working cross functionally to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Developing Product and Industry Expertise — You will be committed to developing expertise through product training and consistent analysis of competitive and industry insights
- Operate as a Team Player — You will foster a sense of ownership among the team, demonstrating genuine commitment and approach challenges in new, innovative ways
As an Account Executive, your background will look like:
- 2+ years sales experience handling full sales cycle in SaaS /telephony sales
- Experience selling into large companies
- Proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals
- Excellent relationship building and strong closing skills
- Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions
