Full Job Description
Our client is a boutique company with a family-oriented culture. They have grown drastically over the course of the last 3 years and they are looking to add talent to their sales teams. The founders of the company were previous account executives that have been in the mortgage industry for well over a decade prior to starting their business. Their office is state of the art, and they are continuing to open new locations. No experience is needed as they provide a training program that has proven to be successful time and time again.
Position Summary
Our client’s Account Executives build relationships all across the entire United States while presenting a highly lucrative loan package utilized by real estate investors and consumers. Once completing their one-week training program provided at an executive level, you will then be responsible for start the process of building relationships and closing deals.

Responsibilities
· Delivering excellent customer service and professionalism to clients
· Working within a team of individuals and collaborating when needed
· Sustain a basic to advanced understanding of the mortgage industry and the non-QM loan package
· Manages sales pipeline and closing ratios
· Communicates and interacts with loan fulfillment centers as necessary to ensure desired production results
· Manages customer performance
