This role will work within the Spark44 team, serving a global automotive client (Jaguar Land Rover Transforms Global Marketing Communications Model | Accenture). The Spark44 team creates brand communications, delivering award-winning creative and marketing effectiveness across end-to-end customer communications.

The Role:

The Production Assistant is a vital link in the Production team that is key for the management and delivery of all Jaguar Land Rover campaign work. The Production Assistant will assist the Producers in all stages of the production process, from pre-production to post-production to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and above our own and client expectation. You will act as a conduit between client services, creative teams, and other departments as you help manage projects through the agency. As a key member of the Production team, the Production Assistant will be a well organised team player with creative problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Assisting in the development of production documents and taking a lead with the financial administration of productions will be an essential part of your role.

Role Responsibilities:

End-to-end management support of multiple cross channel productions

Managing project plans and budgets with the guidance and support of a producer

Build close working relationships with internal teams to aid project development and future opportunities

Creating and maintaining up to date production schedules and supporting production documents

Attending and assisting at film and photo shoots

Establish and maintain clear project communication with internal and external parties

Assist and support team members as needed

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers

Help to maintain a clear production process in conjunction with the project

Management team and the creative services team

Experience

Some experience working within an agency, production company or post facility

A major advantage would be for any applicants to have experience working within a similar role as a production assistant or runner but is not essential

Proactive attitude with good communication skills and a flexible and friendly style

Must enjoy working in a fast-moving agency environment and be a team player

Flexible approach and ability to make decisions as part of a team

Eagerness to learn and develop skills and approaches for a broad range of project types

Desire to learn about complicated products and build wider product knowledge

Willingness to work to processes and support the necessary agency systems

A genuine interest in the producer’s craft

Skills/Qualifications

Strong organisational skills

Ability to problem solve

Proactive approach

Flourish in a dynamic team but with the ability to work unsupervised

Strong IT skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint essential. Microsoft Project would be advantage)

An understanding of the adobe creative suite would be a plus

Excellent attention to detail

Full driving license with access to a car is an advantage, but not essential
