Créée en 1979, Action contre la Faim est une organisation non gouvernementale internationale qui lutte contre la faim dans le monde. Sa charte des principes humanitaires – indépendance, neutralité, non-discrimination, accès libre et direct aux victimes, professionnalisme, transparence – fonde son identité depuis plus de 40 ans. Sa mission est de sauver des vies en éliminant la faim par la prévention, la détection et le traitement de la sous-nutrition, en particulier pendant et après les situations d’urgence liées aux conflits et aux catastrophes naturelles. Action contre la Faim coordonne ses programmes autour de 5 domaines d’activités : Nutrition et Santé – Santé Mentale, Pratiques de Soins, Genre et Protection – Sécurité Alimentaire et Moyens d’Existence – Eau, Assainissement et Hygiène – Plaidoyer. VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

Under the management of the Team Leader/Country Director at Regional level, your mission will be to oversee all aspects of the partnership life cycle and develop strong partnership management systems.
More precisely you will b
– Working with the partnerships teams, oversee, facilitate, and coordinate all aspects of partnership life cycle management, including partner identification, due diligence, sub-award development, implementation, monitoring and close out, coordinating effectively with both programs and support teams
– Develop strong partnership management systems and processes to mitigate risk, and ensure effective and high quality partnerships
– Complete partner mapping and contribute to the development of a country-level partnership strategy
– Champion a partnerships agenda and promote partnership principles within the mission

VOTRE PROFIL

– You hold a Master’s Degree, ideally in Humanitarian Program Coordination, International Development, International Relations
– Minimum 3 years work experience in similar emergency setting and responsibility
– You have excellent management skills specially of large scale programme (experience in HR, projects and stress management)
– You have strong ability to organize, train and motivate a multicultural team
– You have excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills
– You are disciplined, organised and able to work independently
– You are fluent in English and/or Polish or Ukrainian
