The position is to be based first in Ukraine’s neighbouring countries (Poland, Romania, Moldavia)

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the responsibility of the Emergency team leader, the Security and Access Head of Department has the responsibility for ensuring the safety of ACF in Ukraine and its Neighbouring countries; whilst at the same time providing an enabling security environment to allow ACF teams to be at the cutting edge of operational implementation in the field of intervention.

Your main responsibilities are the following:
Mission 1: Design and implement ACF humanitarian access strategy
Mission 2: Define and implement ACF security management system
Mission 3: Train and make ACF staff aware of security environment, procedures and rules

VOTRE PROFIL

– You have at least 3 years experience in security management/logistic/field coordination position within the humanitarian sector
– You have excellent leadership skills with proven experiences managing multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
– You have a good knowledge of humanitarian project management cycle, and understanding of the different implementation phases
– You have experience in emergency crisis and contexts
– You have good organisation skills, and have the ability to prioritize your tasks in the most efficient manner
– You speak and write fluently English (Ukrainian, Russian or Polish is a plus)

VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI

Contract:
– 6 months fixed term contract under French legislation
Remuneration and benefits :
– Monthly gross salary from 2400 to 2800 EUR upon experience
– Per diem and cost of living allowance (TBD)
– Country allowance (TBD)
– + 16% of monthly gross. For non-French citizen for retrocession of retirement and unemployment insurance.
– + child allowance 1500 Euros per year per child (capped at 6000 euros)
Medical coverage:
– 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
Leaves and RnR:
– 25 days of paid leaves per year
– + 20 RnR per year
– + 215 EUR at each RnR period
– Financial contribution for flight tickets during RnR
