VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

As Deputy Country Director of Programs, you will support the Country Director in the implementation of ACF programs in Ukraine. You will provide leadership to technical departments at country level to deliver an optimal emergency response and liaise for operational strategy and program related issues to donors, authorities, UN, NGOs, various workgroups, etc
More precisely, you will :
– Lead the definition of the country technical strategy and ensure the implementation and monitoring of the resulting action plan
– Ensure collaboration and integration between technical sectors, promote and implement the development of innovative and cross-cutting approaches and research projects
– Manage the implementation of programmes and partnerships
– Supervise and support the team of heads of technical department and coordinators
– Under the authority of the Country Director, ensure the operational management of the country office, in particular the implementation of the country office action plan

VOTRE PROFIL

At least 4/5 years of experience with INGOs as expatriate staff member
Experience managing or coordinating teams and budgets
Experience in emergency environment where you had to structure
Good organisation skills and priority management, ability to balance multiple competing priorities and deadlines
Good management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English
Strong interest for ACF mandate and partnership development

VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI

– 6 months fixed term contract under French legislation
– Monthly gross salary from 2735EUR to 3185EUR upon experience
– Monthly per diem and living allowance: 412 + 274EUR net, field paid
– Monthly country allowance: 450EUR
– Child allowance: 1500EUR per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000EUR/year)
– 16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens
– Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
– Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (social security + health insurance) and repatriation insurance
– Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year and 215 EUR at each RnR period
