VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

As Deputy Country Director Program, you ensure the overall implementation of the programme strategy of the mission and the quality of the programs, coordination of new project and proposals and reporting development in line with the mission strategy.
More precisely, you will :
– Ensure coordination and implementation of programs and operational management in line with country strategy, design the programmatic strategy of the mission and coordinate the development of new project proposals
– Support people development and management
– Represent and liaise with donors, authorities, local organizations, UN, NGOs on operational strategy and program-related issues
– Ensure M&E country system is defined and standardized.

VOTRE PROFIL

You hold a Master’s degree in relevant field and at least 5 years of overall experience with 1 year at senior management role in development sector,
OR you hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and at least 8 years overall experience with 3 years at senior management role in development sector.
You can demonstrate an experience in M&E systems.
You’re known for your professionalism and excellent communication skills, and also a strong component of proposal and reporting development.
A very good nowledge of portuguese and/or spanish will be prioritized.

VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI

– 6 months fixed term contract under French legislation
– Monthly gross salary from 2800 to 3185EUR upon experience
– Monthly per diem and living allowance: 503EUR net, field paid
– Monthly country allowance: 150EUR
– Child allowance: 1500EUR per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000EUR/year)
– 16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens
– 15% of the gross salary for specific flying allowance
– Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
– Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (social security + health insurance) and repatriation insurance
– Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year and 215 EUR at each RnR period
