As Country Representative, your main responsability will be to oversee the conclusion of the ROMPOL mission’s exit strategy by ensuring the timely closure of project activities in compliance with donor and local legislation requirements.
You will serve as the representative of ACF in Romania and Poland when engaging with external stakeholders.
You will take charge of leading the Senior Management Team and act as the primary point of contact for the mission within the Pool.
Your main missions will be to :
Manage relationships between the mission and donors’ representatives, civil society, private sector, government agencies and other organizations, in a context of program closure.
Lead the implementation of the Country Exit Plan : coordinate the exit plan with HR/Log/Finance departments, coordinate exit program procedures, manage risks, ensure reports are prepared on a timely basis and coordinate the archiving of all documentation.
Oversee Country exit plan to ensure a smooth closure of programs in Romania and Poland.

You have a Master Degree related to Humanitarian/Development affairs, Business/Administration, International Relations/Law.
You have at least 8 years experience in managing international aid projects, preferably with ACF in the field. Experiences in missions’ closure will be an asset.
You are proficient in Microsoft software and fluent in English.
