4 month Temporary Procurement Officer & Compliance Pharmacist

We have a 4 month Maternity Cover (Temporary) requirement for a Procurement Officer & Compliance Pharmacist.

The cover period will be:

To ensure that consumables and pharmaceuticals are purchased and managed in accordance to International SOS standards along with active participation in client tender processes.

General Duties:

· Supplier Management (Pre-Qualification / SLA)

· Development and maintenance of the Medical Supplies Services (MSS) team’s Supplier compliance framework

· Client Estimates

· Procurement of Cost of Sale Items

· Mobilizations & De- Mobilizations

· Is familiar with and acts in accordance with the core values of the Intl SOS Mission and Vision.

· Handover during Leave

This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining related activities such as Supplier Pre-Qualification, Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier KPI Measurement.

Required Work Experience

· Minimum 3 years working as a Pharmacist is a requirement

· Minimum 2 years Procurement Experience is beneficial

· Pharmaceutical management

· Procurement Management

· Knowledge of KPI monitoring

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent.

· Pharmacy License either from own country or UAE
