Job Summary:

Launch your career with Americo Life Insurance or Imperial PFS in our 2023 Summer Internship Program! You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects, build your skills, and network with professionals across companies and other interns. In addition, you’ll gain real-life experience and explore what it’s like to work as part of an organization that exemplifies people, performance, and possibilities. We have opportunities in departments across our companis in Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Project Managment, IT, Claims, New Business, Producer Services, Operations, and more!

The program begins in June 2023 and ends in August 2023 (this varies depending on each position). Over the 10 to 12 week program, you will participate in business projects, mentoring, leadership development, and team-building activities designed to set you up for professional success.

Expected Timeline:

• Pre-screening with Program Team: Early April 2023
• Virtual interviews with preceptors: Mid-April 2023
• Selections communicated: Early May 2023
• Internship begins: June 2023
• Internship ends: August 2023

• You are able to use Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.).
• You have the ability to comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be currently pursuing a degree and remain fully enrolled in the program during the duration of the internship
• Must be able to begin an internship in June
• Freshman through Senior standing in a four-year institution pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week
