About the Program:
The OdysseyRe Corporate Training Program offers interns a unique experience with our company by providing an opportunity to gain exposure to multiple disciplines within a global corporate framework. The Intern will have the ability to spend meaningful time rotating throughout various departments within the company to gain a holistic overview and understanding of our organization and the industry. These departments include, but are not limited to, Reinsurance Underwriting, Actuarial Science, Law, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Information Technology.
During the internship, interns will have the ability to network with individuals including senior leaders of the organization to gain meaningful relationships and mentorship opportunities within all areas desired. Additionally, the intern will present a project to program leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
Skills Needed:
- Strong interest in our Company and industry
- Minimum of a 3.0 GPA in an accredited institution, where they are working towards their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills on resume and during the interview process.
- Involvement with school projects, clubs and/or associations, and prior internship experience are a plus.
- Preference will be given to juniors, rising seniors and graduate students.
Recruiting Timeline:
Application deadline is rolling. Internships will begin in June and run for 10 to 12 weeks, or more. Timelines are subject to change.

Housing:
