Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Rookie (6 months internship) will be part of the team to strategize and deliver recruiting solutions to attract, retain and engage top and diverse talents.
Areas Of Learning & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to corporate TA Partners on the end-to-end recruiting process.
- Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable UA Brand Ambassador to external candidates for both virtual and in-person interviews.
- Assist in candidate management including but not limited to screening and handling candidate calls, resumes and correspondence as requested in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment process as needed managing tasks such as job postings, generating candidate and offer letter correspondences, reference checks, pre-employment initiation or recruitment report preparation.
What exposures will you gain by the end of the internship?
- Exposure to the foundation of Talent Acquisition and the use of the SuccessFactor TAS System
- Ability to understand and gain hands-on experience to support the regional talent agendas of the organization
- How to communicate across a diverse organisation with many different cultures, geographies and preferences
Who are we looking for?
- Strong interest in talent acquisition is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong multi-tasking skills & sense of urgency (good time management)
- Takes initiative and is able to work independently with strong follow-up skills
- Team player mindset with great communication & collaboration skills
