The Bill.com Summer Intern Program is full of fantastic opportunities to immerse yourself in our #incrediBILL culture and live our company values during your 11-week, paid experience. During your internship, you’ll own comprehensive projects that have real impacts on small-to-medium sized businesses, our products, and our employees, and you’ll be provided many mentorship and development opportunities along the way to foster a shared passion for SMBs.
You’ll engage with leaders through our executive speaker series, and be immersed in our Employee Resource Group initiatives and events so you can get a feel of what matters most here at Bill.com. No matter which of our offices you’re based out of – San Jose or Draper – you’ll experience our Fun value firsthand with Intern Nights Out and group events, and countless other chances to connect with your fellow interns.

Make Your Impact Within a Rapidly Growing Fintech Company
- Approximately 15-Week Program
- You will support our Revenue team and be allowed to make a direct impact on driving revenue growth
- Collaborate with the Revenue team and participate in training to learn core sales skills and lingo
- Shadow sales professionals when they meet with clients and prospects
- Work closely with internal teams to field, keep track of, and follow up with escalated customer issues
- Calling customers to follow up on leads or to answer questions about products or services
- Participating in meetings with management, clients, or other staff members to discuss sales goals or marketing strategies
- Maintaining knowledge of competitor’s pricing and products
- Providing customers with information about products or services via email, phone, or in person
- Communicating with prospective clients to arrange appointments for sales presentations
- Developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building with new clients
- Selling products or services to prospective clients
- Providing training around best practices to our customers to increase utilization of products and services
We’d Love To Chat If You Have
- Enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with at least one semester/quarter remaining after internship
- Capacity to listen, earn trust and consult with clients
- Ability to effectively manage time to maximize results
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Passionate about relationship building and sales
- Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
