2 Internal Communications Officers

The Role

The Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for 2 Internal Communications Officers. One for our Global Programs team and the other for our Brand and Communications team. Both roles will help implement the internal communication strategy, to produce regular, confederation-wide, and Oxfam International (OI) specific internal communication. The roles aim to collate, write, design, and produce multimedia content for internal platforms, to engage and inspire staff, and to provide them access to information necessary for doing their job well.

Please note that this job description is the same for both roles but the reporting lines differ.

The ideal candidates will have experience in a multinational, complex and diverse organization with planning, developing and delivering a range of internal communications, including e-mails, newsletters, videos, podcasts, infographics, staff meetings and events. They speak and write excellent English and will have knowledge and hands-on experience with designing, creating and producing multimedia internal communications, experience with successful storytelling and in using digital conference tools (Zoom, Teams etc) for internal communications events.
