  • Pay Range: *$19/hr – eligible for bonuses based on performance
  • Contract Length:
  • 6 months Contract-to-Hire
  • Worksite Location:
  • Concord, California, 94520, United States
  • Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week (8 hours, 5 days) within the below range Monday-Friday 8 a.m.–7:30 p.m. Saturday 7:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Sunday 8a.m.– 6:30 p.m. 1 weekend day off guaranteed!
  • Job Description:*
  • Schedule and route service tickets.
  • Assist customers calling with need of repairs, techs or service managers request follow up tickets.
  • Make sure techs are on time in their routes, call customers to reschedule if not able to make it.
  • Customers are calling in need of repairs and can sometimes be upset about this. * *
