[Summary]

Candidate will be responsible for the accounting aspects of the Accounts Receivable process such as company specific write-off, bad debt, and settlement clearing accounts, collections, and customer financial controls, monitors month – end book closing and conducts in researching and analyzing accounts preparing credit/collateral plan to establish customer limits permitting highest profitable sales consistent with reasonably minimum losses. Evaluates accounts to proceed with collection activities. Tracks and communicate client problems with management in a timely fashion. Provides analysis and consultation in supporting business credit / collection objectives.

[Responsibilities]

• Performs research and analysis on new credit applicants and on existing company portfolios Monitors portfolio performance/trend of largest accounts and compares to industry benchmarks to ensure that accounts receivable goals are attained.
• Ensures accuracy of audits of AR accounts and reviews exceptions to policy to ensure compliance and appropriate corrective action taken.
• Monitor and analyze sales order case due to customer’s aged AR or over credit limit status according to company policy.
• Analyze AR aging report, credit position periodically, and set-up follow-up actions, communication with 3rd party collection agency, stakeholders accordingly.
• collateral management – Establish, renew, and terminate the collaterals and perform revaluation of existing collateral periodically and share it to stakeholders.
• Monitor legal action progress, set -up proper action plan and guide appropriate direction to 3rd party agency.
• DSO(채권회수일) management – Monitor and analyze DSO trend and take proper action plan to meet KPI.
• Assist in internal and external audit.
• Monthly closing: Sending SOA file and Transaction detail report to the customer/ billing cash discount invoice/ Monthly AR Aging review and f/u overdue/legal action customers (dunning letter/ final notice)

[Requirements]

• Strong interpersonal skill is required
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting and civil law
• Fluent English communication skill – written and verbal
• At least 2 years of experiences in AR, credit and general accounting function preferred
• Experience in ERP(SAP) and financial systems.
