한국GM] Finance Analyst (신입/경력)

Serve as a Finance partner to Operating Staff with timely and relevant reporting and analysis that drives the most informed business decisions. Provide analysis, insights and recommendations that drive profitability, mitigate risks and offer solutions to business problems.

직무설명:

• Perform desk audit: review and validate purchasing contract price which recently changed and generated using various GM system (e.g., GDiMPS, E2, GDM, GPDS, and SAP)
• Perform review and audit for all contract between GM and suppliers
• Perform direct material weight audit (Desk audits, Field audits if required)
• Recover supplier overpayments & prevent future overpayments to help GM cashflow
• Contribute to SMT’s yearly cost reduction targets
• Report global as audit results and participate global meeting

지원자격:

• 어학: Strong English communication skills (Written & verbal)
• 학력: 관련 학과(Finance, Economics, or Accounting) 학사 이상

(전 학년 평점 B학점 (3.0/4.5) 이상)

• 자격사항: AICPA qualified holder or those who have passed 2 or more courses
• 병역: 군필 또는 면제자
• 기타 : 해외 여행에 결격 사유가 없는 자
• 취업보호 대상자는 관련 법에 의거하여 우대

우대조건:

• Strong analytical skills and fundamental knowledge of finance and purchasing contract
• Data gathering and analysis, ability to ask critical questions
• Experienced accounting or auditing background
• Research ability to find out contract mistakes and error
• Strong sense of speediness and accountability
• Strong sense of system and knowledge of global & local purchasing system (GDiMPS, PDMS, SAP, E-Squear, etc)
• Proficient with MS office suits (Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Ability to structure presentation and effective business write to provide a short synopsis
• Strategic Thinking / Business Acumen
• Ability to grasp the “big picture” and underlying strategic issues
• Ability to develop solutions to complex problems
• Teamwork / leadership skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work with people within and outside the group, including cross-functional partner
• Flexibility on working hour
