The role holder helps support the implementation of the performance management framework that translates and cascades Dubai’s smart city and the internal Smart Dubai strategy into appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, tracks the consolidated project portfolio performance and measures the realized impact of the City wide transformation efforts to empower and deliver more efficient, seamless, safe and impactful experiences for Dubai residents and visitors
Support the development process of detailing and documenting KPIs and associated targets, including necessary collaboration with internal stakeholders and Government entities and specifying calculation methods, ownership, frequency of reporting and the data collection process for KPIs and action plans
Help operationalize KPIs through appropriate communication channels to internal and City stakeholders, helping to organize entity specific workshops to explain / align on KPI calculation methodology and targets and to articulate the performance measurement methodologies to facilitate ongoing KPI measurement and reporting
Attend and document monthly status review meetings with entities to discuss action plans and progress, opportunities and challenges
Collect KPI data and initiative / program details from all stakeholders through surveys
Help monitor assigned project portfolio targets and performance measures and contribute to draft reports on consolidated project portfolio performance on a monthly basis that provide a comprehensive, up to date and prioritized view of all projects on a detailed level and an executive overview
Accumulate projects change management activities including adjustments that cover scope, resources, timeline etc.
Help develop analytical models to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of identified initiatives / programs / actions that measure the realized impact of the City wide transformation efforts across individuals, businesses, Government entities, resources and infrastructure
Conduct analysis as directed on the actual impact realized from identified initiatives / programs / actions and use analysis to suggest guidance to and support program owners on maximizing impact and to contribute to the development of intellectual capital in collaboration with Global and Industry Leadership.
Qualification:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
