Trainee Technical Sales Engineer required. Our client is a growing engineering business based in Portslade, due to ongoing success they are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join their busy and fast-paced business development team.
Trainee Technical Sales Engineer Position Overview
- Providing accurate quotations to customers based on electrical wiring products
- Utilising an in-house CAD software to produce electrical layout designs
- Following up on sales leads via phone and email
- Managing a range of existing accounts and customers
- Supporting the external sales team from the office in Portslade
- Liaising with suppliers internationally on procurement plans
Trainee Technical Sales Engineer Position Requirements
- HNC or above in an Engineering related subject
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a commercial related role is desirable
- Based in a commutable distance of Portslade
- IT proficient
Trainee Technical Sales Engineer Position Remuneration
- Salary £20,000 – £22,000
- Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00. Friday 08:30 – 16:00. Permanent position.
