Intern – Workforce Planning and Talent Management – Business Undergraduate Year-Round

The Workforce Planning and Effectiveness team is seeking an undergraduate student intern for year-round employment. The intern will assist with, and in some cases lead, activities to ensure successful completion of programs/projects. This position is a remote opportunity.

On any given day, you may be called on to:

• Perform assignments that support performance management, succession planning, workforce planning and/or rewards and recognition
• Assist with website updates and electronic file management
• Research or collect information to inform or develop presentations, communications, and initiatives that support the People & Culture strategy
• Carry out various activities including data entry, research, and project management
• Facilitate discussions with other HR partners

Posting Duration

Qualifications We Require

• Currently attending and enrolled full-time in a related accredited undergraduate program
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer
• U.S. citizenship

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience in developing and giving presentations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Experience with project management concepts and tools
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Keen eye to effectively proofread and edit written materials
• Proactive and follow through with tasks to successful completion
