Your Role

Together with us you ensure the best recruiting processes for candidates and improve our candidates experiences constantly. Be the key role for sourcing great talents and building up our teams to the next level.

Your responsibilities will include:

• helping us build up a successful recruiting process and identify, source and attract the best talent for Razor Group
• writing, transforming and distributing our job descriptions to relevant networks worldwide
• further developing our hiring strategy, ensuring we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment lifecycle
• strengthening our employer brand by creating and posting content on our social media sites
• being a team player in all HR related topics by contributing towards driving projects and initiatives

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

• recently obtained a BS or MS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or another relevant field
• had previous internship experience in HR, Recruitment, Marketing or Sales which would consider a plus
• have a well-structured and organized working mode with a hands on attitude
• have a charismatic attitude and a natural ability to communicate well
• are fluent in English, German is a plus
• are available in January for a 6 months internship
